Our medical team includes the following professionals:
James W. Fitzpatrick, D.O.
Board-certified Internal Medicine Physician

Dr. Fitzpatrick received his Bachelor of Science degree
from the University of South Carolina with a major in
biology in 1975 graduating cum laude. He received his
medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic
Medicine. He completed a one year rotating internship
at JFK Memorial Hospital, Stratford, NJ in 1980 and his
internal medicine training at University of Medicine and
Dentistry of New Jersey in 1983 serving as Chief Medical
Resident his final year. Dr. Fitzpatrick is board certified
in internal medicine by the American Osteopathic Board
of Internal Medicine. Dr. Fitzpatrick is a fellow of: the
American College of Osteopathic Internists, member of
the American Osteopathic Association, and member of
the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association.
Robert A. DeColli, Jr., D.O.
Board-certified Internal Medicine Physician
Dr. DeColli received his Bachelor of Science degree in
bioresearch and a minor in philosophy from the University
of Scranton in 1988. He received his medical degree from
the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1992.
He completed his internship and residency at Suburban
Hospital, Norristown, PA where he served as Chief Intern in
1993, Senior Medical Resident and Elected Chief Resident
1994-95. Dr. DeColli is board certified in internal medicine
by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine.
He further went on to study cardiac devices (pacemakers
and intra-cardiac defibrillators). Dr. DeColli is currently
the only physician in Schuylkill County to be certified by
the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners.
Dr. DeColli is a member of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic
Medical Association.
William P. Pompella, D.O.
Board-certified Internal Medicine Physician
Dr. Pompella received his Bachelor of Science degree
in biology from Wilkes College in 1987. He received
his medical degree from University of Health Sciences
at the College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kansas City, MO
in 1993. He completed his internship and residency from
Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Harrisburg, PA
in 1996 where he served as Chief Resident his final year.
Dr. Pompella is board certified in internal medicine by the
American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. Dr.
Pompella is a member of: the Pennsylvania Osteopathic
Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association,
and the American Medical Association.
Richard B. Russell, Jr., D.O.
Board-certified Family Practice Physician
Dr. Russell received his Bachelor of Science degree
with honors in pre-medicine from Pennsylvania State
University in 1974. He received his medical degree with
honors from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine
in 1978. He completed his internship and residency from
Doctor’s Hospital, Columbus, OH and was named intern
of the Year in 1979. Dr. Russell is board certified in family
practice by the American Osteopathic Board of Family
Physicians. Dr. Russell is a member of: the American
College of Family Physicians, the Pennsylvania Family
Practice Society, the American Osteopathic Association,
and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association.
Robert Scalia, D.O.
Board-certified Family Practice Physician
Dr. Scalia received his Bachelor of Arts degree in biology
from the University of Pennsylvania in 1987. He received
his medical degree and internship from Philadelphia
College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1991 and 1992. Dr.
Scalia completed his combined residency in internal
medicine and pediatrics at Geisinger Medical Center,
Danville, PA. Dr. Scalia is Board Certified by the American
Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Internal
Medicine. Dr. Scalia is an active member of the American
Academy of Pediatrics, and the American Osteopathic Association.
Cristin A. Weicker, D.O.
Board-certified Internal Medicine Physician
Dr. Weicker received her Bachelor of Science degree
from DeSales University, Center Valley, PA in 1998
graduating Magna Cum Laude. She received her medical
degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine
in 2002. Dr. Weicker completed her internship and dual
residency in internal medicine and traditional osteopathic
medicine from Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA in
2005. Dr. Weicker is Board Certified by the American
Board of Internal Medicine and the American Osteopathic
Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Weicker is a member of the
American Osteopathic Association, American College of
Physicians, and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical
Association.
Cynthia L. Lubinsky, D.O.
Board-certified Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Lubinsky received her bachelor of Science
degree from the Pennsylvania State University, with a
major in pre-medicine in 2001. While at Penn State she
was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society
and Alpha Epsilon Delta Premedical Honor Society. She
received her medical degree from West Virginia School
of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her osteopathic
internship in 2006 and her Family Practice Residency in
2008 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Allentown, PA. Dr. Lubinsky
is board certified in family practice by the American
Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. She is a member
of the American Osteopathic Association, the Pennsylvania
Osteopathic Medical Association, and the American
Academy of Family Physicians.
Debra M. Halupa, C.R.N.P.
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner
Debra Halupa received her degree in nursing from
Ashland State General Hospital School of Nursing in 1980.
She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing,
with High Distinction, from the Pennsylvania State University,
State College, PA. While at Penn State she was a member
of Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society, the Golden
Key National Honor Society and Phi Kappa Phi Honor
Society. After Penn State she worked as a coronary
intensive care nurse at the Geisinger Medical Center and
was appointed to the faculty of the School of Nursing at
Geisinger. While on that faculty she earned a Master of
Science Degree in Nursing from DeSales University in
Allentown, PA. During this time period she also held a
position as a Clinical Nurse Instructor for the Pennsylvania
State University. She is a member of the Greater
Susquehanna Valley Nurse Practitioner Association, the
Penn State Nurses Alumni, The Penn State Alumni,
Honorary member of the Geisinger Medical Center Nurses
Alumni, and the Pennsylvania Nurses Association.
