We have "live" staff members answering our phones. Please do not consider their inquiries an infringement on your privacy, but rather a medical necessity. If you are ill, please be prepared to detail your symptoms; if you need a prescription refill, please have the bottle with you.

All non-emergency calls should be made between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. If the doctor is unavailable when you call, please leave a message with the doctor’s assistant. They will relay your problem to the physician, who will provide further instructions. We try to answer all questions within 24 hours. If you need to reach the on-call doctor after hours, please call 570. 622.1887 to reach the answering service. Please reserve this for emergencies only. If you have an issue that can be addressed during business hours, we ask that you wait.
