Marshall-Rismiller & Associates is an internal medicine and family practice based in Pottsville and Pine Grove, Pennsylvania. Our practice includes internal medicine and family practice physicians Dr. James W. Fitzpatrick, Dr. Robert A. DeColli, Jr., Dr. William P. Pompella, Dr. Richard Russell, Jr., Dr. Robert Scalia, Dr. Cristin A. Weicker, and Dr. Cynthia L. Lubinsky. Our specialties include inpatient and outpatient adult care, pediatrics and adult medicine, and noninvasive cardiology. Appointments are available in Pottsville and Pine Grove, Pennsylvania.

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Cynthia L. Lubinsky to the practice!

Dr. Lubinsky will begin her association with Marshall-Rismiller & Associates on August 1 with a focus on family practice, including children who have entered the first grade. In addition, she will have select evening hours.

Dr. David Marshall and Dr. Ross Rismiller founded the practice in 1972. We appreciate your selection of this practice to serve your medical needs. Please spend some time reviewing this booklet and acquaint yourself with our services. Our professional office staff is here to serve and assist you.

Our doctors, technicians, nurses, receptionists, and administration operate as a team. We take pride in our staff’s knowledge and capabilities, and we want you to share that confidence.

Our offices are equipped to diagnose and treat current problems, and to prevent future issues. Because of our superior training as thorough diagnosticians and our interest in the philosophy of medicine, we encourage new patients to undergo a complete initial evaluation. Established patients should periodically schedule appointments at the discretion of their physician.
